📍 RUISLIP MANOR UPDATE
🚓 What We Have Been Doing
🏪 Licensing You reported concerns to us about several shops in Ruislip Manor selling age-restricted items to underage persons. In response, a test purchase operation was organised, which resulted in a retailer being issued with a fine and reported to the Council's Licensing Team.
PC Shah has also carried out joint visits with Hillingdon Council Licensing Officers, identifying a number of premises that were failing to comply with their licence conditions. Licence holders will now be invited to the Civic Centre to discuss their responsibilities and ensure they are meeting the required standards.
👮 Crime
We have been conducting enquiries to arrest a number of outstanding named suspects living in Ruislip Manor. One suspect attempted to evade arrest by hiding in a hole in the ceiling. However, after PC Philips gave his best police dog impression, the suspect quickly decided it was time to hand himself in! 🐕🚔
🤝 Community Engagement
PCSOs Lockhart and Robinson have been out and about in the area, hosting several community pop-up stalls and speaking with local residents.
If you see them, please come over and say hello. They will be adding more engagement dates to the calendar soon, so keep an eye on our social media channels. If you have any concerns about your area, please feel free to come along and speak with them.
Together, we can help keep Ruislip Manor a safe place to live, work and visit.
